Since 1979 Kall Kwik has been a
major force in the growing world of printing, copying and
design, and one of the most successful and well-respected
franchise organisations in the UK.
There are nearly 150 Kall Kwik
printing, copying and design centres serving the needs of
discerning business clients throughout the country. We do this
by offering unique printing and copying solutions for
your business through sophisticated technology in the hands of
well-trained service oriented people.
In order to be approved and accepted as a Kall Kwik centre owner (franchisee) you should ideally possess the following skills.
- Sales orientation with the ability to develop close business relationships with your key clients.
- People skills to lead, manage, motivate and delegate to your production and sales team.
- Broad commercial background with a good understanding of the financial aspects of running a business that can reach £1 million in sales turnover.
- Determination to succeed, that spark that drives ambition and the willingness to invest in your own abilities is the key to making your printing, copying and design business succeed.
Once selected for interview there is a four-stage
process which is designed to try to ensure that only applicants who
are most likely to be successful are accepted as Kall
Kwik centre owners.
As members and active supporters of the British Franchise
Association, we believe it is our ethical responsibility to reject
you if we do not believe you have the right experience and skill
set to be successful as a Kall Kwik centre owner.
Kall Kwik is no soft option, we do not provide a
total safety net. It is the responsibility of each individual
centre owner to provide the commitment and drive to optimise the
profitability of their individual centre.
We may be more demanding than other franchisors but do offer high potential returns on investment and effort. In fact we believe the return is generally only limited by the ability of a centre owner and their commitment to promote their business using the tools and know how provided by Kall Kwik.
The support provided is one of the most
comprehensive in the franchise industry today:
- Field based support person for every centre
- Comprehensive business planning and advice.
- Technology and investment advice.
- Broad range of training courses for both centre owners and staff.
- Centralised marketing campaigns.
- Extensive marketing support and tools available.
- Industry and sector research to maintain our leading position.
- Private intranet site providing information available on a 24/7 basis
- Local, regional and national centre owner meetings and support groups
